• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
• Quote prices are subject to on-site inspection and may change if property details differ
• We will contact you within one business day to discuss your request

If you engage EverTrust Cleaning for cleaning services:

• You agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time
• The property must be reasonably safe and accessible for our team
• You are responsible for notifying us of any hazards or restrictions
• Payment terms will be specified in your cleaning agreement
• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EverTrust Cleaning or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use any content without explicit permission from EverTrust Cleaning.
